Class scheduling software
Build the timetable once. It runs every week.
Pick class times on a week grid, set the cap, and repeat. Svich greys out a clash before you can make one, and the schedule on your public page is the exact one your staff book from.
- One grid for staff and members
- Clashes caught before you make them
- Changes go live at once

10 Morning Yoga classes for $160, used on whichever days suit them. Unused ones expire when the plan ends.
One timetable, not three. The grid your staff build on, the schedule on your public page, and the classes members book are the same thing. Change it once and everyone sees the new version.
Why the timetable breaks
A timetable that lives in chat is one nobody trusts.
-
“Last week's schedule is still pinned, and two classes got booked into one room.”
Svich greys out any slot already taken in that room and hour. A clash never makes it onto the grid in the first place.
0 double-bookings the grid lets you create
-
“You move a class an hour and spend the evening telling everyone.”
Edit the grid and the public page, the staff view and every member's booking screen update together. There's no message to send.
1 edit updates every place the timetable shows
-
“The schedule on Instagram doesn't match what's actually running.”
Your public page shows the live grid, the same one you book from. Publish it once and it stays in step by itself.
/g/ your public page, always the live schedule
The week grid
Draw the week the way you'd sketch it on paper.
Click a cell to drop a class in. Set how long it runs, how many spots, and whether it repeats. Anything already booked into that room and hour shows in grey, so a clash is obvious before you commit. Morning batches, evening classes and weekend workshops all live on the one grid.
- Repeat a class weekly, or drop in a one-off
- Set the capacity per class; bookings close themselves at the cap
- Clashes greyed out before you can create them
- Levels and styles sit as separate classes on one timetable

What you get
A timetable you build in minutes and never re-explain.
Click the week into shape, and the same schedule runs your staff, your page and your members.
-
A week grid, not a spreadsheet
Click a cell to add a class. Set the time, length and cap, and repeat it weekly. The whole timetable takes minutes to lay out.
-
Clashes caught in grey
Any room and hour that's already taken shows greyed out, so you never double-book a studio or put two classes in one space.
-
Levels and styles on one grid
Beginner and advanced, yoga and barre, kids and adults. Each is its own class on the same timetable, bookable on its own.
-
One schedule, everywhere
The grid your staff build is the timetable on your public page and the one members book from. Change it once and it's current everywhere.
-
Workshops and one-offs
A special class or a cover session drops onto the same grid for a single date, then it's gone. No second calendar to keep.
-
Capacity that holds the room
Set the spots and bookings stop at the cap. The grid tells you a class is filling before the room does.
Class types
Every kind of class sits on the same grid.
However a class runs, it goes on one timetable and members book it the same way. If the kind you run isn't here, tell us on the call.
| Class type | How it's set up | What members see |
|---|---|---|
| Repeating class | Weekly on the grid | A fixed slot that runs every week, bookable ahead within your limit. |
| One-off or workshop | A single date | A special class that shows for its date only, then clears itself off the grid. |
| Levels and styles | Separate classes | Beginner and advanced side by side, each with its own cap and its own bookings. |
| Term break | Pause the dates | Close the dates you're not running, and members see no classes to book on them. |
| Drop-in | Pay per visit | A slot someone can book and pay for once, with no plan behind it. |
What class scheduling doesn't do
Said plainly, so the demo call is about what fits.
- It isn't a staff rota. It schedules classes for members to book, not shifts for employees.
- There's no public class marketplace. The timetable is your studio's, on your own page.
- It doesn't replace your card machine. Scheduling and payments share one app, but the terminal is yours.

Bring your current timetable.
Thirty minutes, screen-shared. Tell us the classes you run and when, and we'll build your week on the grid in the real app while you watch. Nothing to send us first.
- 30 minutes, no slide deck. We open the real app and work through your questions.
- Built around how you work now. Tell us what you're using, whether it's a spreadsheet, a notebook or another system, and we'll show you what changes and what doesn't.
- No obligation, no card. If it isn't the right fit, we'll tell you.

How does it stop two classes clashing?
When you add a class, Svich greys out any slot already taken in that room and hour, so you can see the conflict before you commit. You can't drop a class on top of another one by accident.
Can members book straight from the timetable?
Yes. The grid you build is the schedule on your public page and in the member portal. Members book the slot, and the class closes itself once it hits the cap you set.
Can I run different levels and styles?
Each level or style is its own class on the same grid, with its own time, cap and price. Beginner and advanced, or yoga and barre, sit side by side without getting mixed up.
What about one-off workshops or cover classes?
Add them as a single-date class. They show on the grid for that date only and clear themselves afterwards, so your weekly timetable stays clean.
Does the public page stay in sync?
Yes. There's one timetable behind everything. Edit the grid and the public page, the staff view and the member portal all update at once, with nothing to re-publish by hand.
What does StudioOS cost?
Starter is $49/month for up to 250 active members, Growth is $149/month with unlimited members and the advanced automation rules, and Enterprise is priced per group. Classes, packs and bookings are included on every plan, and there's no per-seat charge for your teachers. Yearly billing works out at ten months.
Put your week on one grid.
Build the timetable once, publish it, and stop re-pinning a schedule in chat. Your staff, your page and your members all read from the same week.
