Outstanding
A class-led studio takes money three ways and still has to know what's owed. Svich puts the packs, the terms, the drop-ins and the installments on one ledger, counts what's outstanding to the date, and sends the invoice so you don't have to.
Where the money gets lost
Three ways to get paid, and no one place that shows it.
-
“The money is in a card machine, a notebook and a UPI history.”
Every payment lands on one ledger against the member who made it, whether it was a card at the desk, a drop-in or a term fee.
1 ledger for every payment, however it came in
-
“A term fee is half-paid and you can't remember who still owes.”
Installments are tracked to the date, and the outstanding list shows exactly who owes what, before the money is written off in your head.
To the date dues counted, not guessed at
-
“You send invoices by hand, when you remember.”
Invoices go out on their own when a plan renews or a payment is due, so getting billed stops depending on you finding the time.
Auto invoices that send themselves
Dues to the date
Know exactly who owes, and how much.
Filter the member list to who owes money and the whole picture is there: the plan, the payment schedule and the balance on every profile. Installments count down to the date, the collect reminder chases the late ones, and members pay from the portal, so the desk isn't the only place money moves.
- An owe-money filter on the member list
- Installments and term fees tracked to the date
- A reminder that chases a missed payment on its own
- Receipts in the member portal, not at the desk

What you get
The money for a studio that gets paid three ways.
Packs, terms, drop-ins and installments on one ledger, with the invoices and reminders sending themselves.
-
One ledger, every payment
Card at the desk, a drop-in, a term fee or a renewal. Each lands on the same ledger against the member who paid it.
-
Installments and dues to the date
Split a term into parts and Svich tracks each due to the day it's owed, so a half-paid plan is never a half-remembered one.
-
Invoices that send themselves
An invoice goes out when a plan renews or a payment comes due, so billing happens on a schedule rather than when you remember.
-
What's outstanding, in view
The dashboard shows collected this month against last and the revenue riding on the plans ahead, so a bad month shows early.
-
A chase for the late ones
A missed payment raises a collect follow-up on a named staff member, so an overdue fee has an owner instead of sitting unread.
-
Members pay from the portal
Members see their schedule, settle a due and pull their own receipts at /m, so the front desk isn't the only till.
What's billed
Everything a studio charges for, on one ledger.
However a class is sold, the money for it is tracked the same way. If you bill something that isn't here, tell us on the call.
| Charge | How it's billed | What you track |
|---|---|---|
| Term or monthly plan | Recurring | An unlimited plan billed each cycle, with the renewal invoice sent on its own. |
| Class pack | Per cycle | A set number of classes billed when the pack tops up, counted down per booking. |
| Drop-in | Per visit | A single class paid at the time, recorded against the member like any other payment. |
| Installments | Split, to the date | A bigger plan paid in parts, each due tracked to the day it's owed. |
| Outstanding | What's owed now | The live list of who owes what, so nothing is quietly written off. |
What studio billing doesn't do
Said plainly, so the demo call is about what fits.
- It isn't a full accounting suite. It bills members and tracks dues; your accountant keeps the books.
- It doesn't file your taxes. It records the money, it doesn't submit returns.
- It doesn't replace your card machine. Scheduling and billing share one app, but the terminal is yours.

Bring the way you take money today.
Thirty minutes, screen-shared. Tell us how your packs, terms and drop-ins are paid for, and we'll set the billing up in the real app while you watch. Nothing to send us first.
- 30 minutes, no slide deck. We open the real app and work through your questions.
- Built around how you work now. Tell us what you're using, whether it's a spreadsheet, a notebook or another system, and we'll show you what changes and what doesn't.
- No obligation, no card. If it isn't the right fit, we'll tell you.

Can I bill packs, terms and drop-ins together?
Yes. All three sit on one ledger. A recurring plan, a class pack that tops up each cycle and a pay-per-visit drop-in are each billed their own way, but every payment lands against the member in the same place.
How are installments tracked?
A bigger plan or term can be split into parts, and Svich tracks each due to the day it's owed. The outstanding list shows exactly who has paid which installment, so a half-paid plan is never a guess.
Do invoices send on their own?
Yes. An invoice goes out when a plan renews or a payment comes due, so billing runs on a schedule. If a payment is missed, a reminder chases it three days later and a collect follow-up lands on a named staff member.
Can members pay and get receipts themselves?
Yes. The member portal shows the payment schedule, lets a member settle a due, and holds their full receipt history, so they stop coming to the desk for a copy.
Does Svich process the payment itself?
Svich records and tracks the money and sends the invoices. The card machine or gateway you take payment through stays yours, so you keep your own rates and terminal while the billing lives in one place.
What does StudioOS cost?
Starter is $49/month for up to 250 active members, Growth is $149/month with unlimited members and the advanced automation rules, and Enterprise is priced per group. Billing is part of the product, not a separate module. Yearly billing works out at ten months.
Put every payment on one ledger.
Bill packs, terms and drop-ins the same way, track what's owed to the date, and let the invoices send themselves. The money stops living in three places.
