Class pack software

Sell a class three ways, on one list.

An everything-included plan, a pack of classes that tops back up each month, or pay-per-visit. Mix all three across the same member list, and Svich tracks what's left on every pack.

  • Three pricing models, one list
  • Packs top back up on their own
  • Members see what's left

A studio rarely sells one way. Some members want unlimited, some a ten-class pack, some to drop in and pay. Svich holds all three on one member list, counts down every pack, and tops the recurring ones back up without you touching them.

Where packs leak money

A pack you can't see the bottom of is money you lose.

  • “Someone's ten-class pack ran out and they found out at the door.”

Svich knows what's left on every pack and when it tops back up. It reminds the member before the pack runs down, not after they've been turned away.

  • “You run unlimited, packs and drop-ins, and track them in three places.”

All three live on one member list. Every profile shows the plan, the classes left and the next payment, whichever way that member pays.

  • “A member goes travelling and asks you to freeze their pack by hand.”

Freeze days, extensions and installments work the same on every kind of plan, so a pause is a setting, not a spreadsheet note.

On one member list

Every member, whichever way they pay.

Open the member list and the unlimited members, the pack holders and the drop-ins are all there together, with the filters a studio reaches for. Each profile carries the classes left on a pack, the next top-up date and the payment schedule, so the desk can answer how many do I have left without opening anything else.

  • Classes remaining and the next top-up on every pack
  • Unlimited, packs and pay-per-visit in one list
  • Installments, freeze days and extensions on every kind
  • A reminder before a pack or plan runs down

What you get

Price a class however your members actually buy.

Pick the model per class, mix them on one list, and let Svich keep the count.

  • Everything included

An unlimited plan for the length of the term or month. Members book any class, and the plan renews on its own schedule.

  • A pack of classes

Sell a set number, say ten a month, that tops back up on the renewal date. Svich counts each booking down and shows the balance.

  • Pay per visit

Nothing upfront. A drop-in books a single class and pays for it, and they still sit on the same member list as everyone else.

  • A reminder before it runs out

The default reminder goes out before a pack empties or a plan ends, so a member tops up instead of drifting away.

  • Freeze, extend, instal

Freeze days for a holiday, an extension when life happens, and installments on bigger plans. The same tools on every kind.

  • One list, every payer

Unlimited members, pack holders and drop-ins share one member list, so your reports and reminders cover all of them at once.

Ways to sell

Three pricing models, and when each one fits.

Set the model per class, and mix them across your studio. If you price a class a way that isn't here, tell us on the call.

The three ways StudioOS prices a class and what each suits
ModelHow it's billedBest for
Everything included Recurring plan Unlimited classes for the term or month, renewing on its own. Best for your regulars.
Class pack Set number, tops up A fixed number of classes that refills each cycle, counted down per booking. Best for twice-a-week members.
Pay per visit Per booking A single class paid for at the time. Best for drop-ins and first-timers.
Installments Split a plan A bigger plan or term paid in parts, with the dues tracked to the date.
Freeze and extend Pause or add days Hold a plan for a holiday or add days after a break, on any kind of pack.

What class packs don't do

Said plainly, so the demo call is about what fits.

  • There's no dynamic or surge pricing. A pack is the price you set, not a price that moves.
  • It doesn't resell packs between members. A pack belongs to the member who bought it.
  • It isn't a gift-card marketplace. You sell your own packs on your own page.

  1. 01

    Import your members

Bring a CSV of who you have. StudioOS reads it and offers to create the plans and packs it finds in your data.

  2. 02

    Set the price per class

Decide whether each class is unlimited, a pack or pay-per-visit. Mix them however your studio sells.

  3. 03

    Turn on the top-up reminder

Switch on the reminder that goes out before a pack empties, so members refill instead of lapsing.

  4. 04

Let members watch their own balance

The portal shows classes left and the next top-up, so how many do I have left stops coming to the desk.

FAQ

Common questions.

Something not here? Write to hello@svich.in. A person answers.

Can I sell unlimited, packs and drop-ins at the same time?

Yes. All three live on one member list. You set the model per class, and a single studio can run an everything-included plan, a ten-class pack and pay-per-visit side by side, with every member in the same place.

How does a class pack top back up?

A pack is a set number of classes that refills on its renewal date, say ten a month. Each booking counts one down, the member and the desk can both see the balance, and the pack tops back up on its own when the cycle rolls over.

What happens before a pack runs out?

The default reminder goes out before the pack empties, so the member tops up rather than turning up to find nothing left. You decide the timing, and it sends on its own.

Can members freeze or pay in installments?

Yes. Freeze days, extensions and installments work the same on every kind of plan and pack. A member going travelling can freeze, and a bigger term can be split into parts with the dues tracked to the date.

Can members see how many classes they have left?

Yes. The member portal shows the classes remaining on a pack and the next top-up date, so the question stops coming to the front desk.

What does StudioOS cost?

Starter is $49/month for up to 250 active members, Growth is $149/month with unlimited members and the advanced automation rules, and Enterprise is priced per group. Classes, packs and bookings are included on every plan. Yearly billing works out at ten months.

Let members buy the way they want to.

Unlimited, a pack or pay-per-visit, all on one list, all counted for you. Set the prices once and Svich keeps the balance and sends the top-up reminder.
