This class Another class here
10 Morning Yoga classes for ₹4,000, used on whichever days suit them. Unused ones expire when the plan ends.
Built for class-led studios — a timetable that changes, packs that run down, drop-ins at the door, and WhatsApp as the way you already talk to members.
Why studios move
A studio's problems are booking problems.
-
“One member books every slot for the month and half of them go empty.”
Open bookings are capped and book-ahead is limited, so a batch fills with people who intend to come. No-shows count as used — the same rule for everyone, applied without an argument at the desk.
3 open bookings the default cap per member
-
“Someone's ten-class pack ran out and they found out at the door.”
StudioOS knows what is left on every pack and when it tops back up, and messages the member before it runs down rather than after they have been turned away.
10 days ahead when the default reminder goes out
-
“The timetable is a WhatsApp message, and last week's version is still pinned.”
Pick the times on a week grid. Clashes show in grey before you can create one, and the published timetable on your public page is the same one your staff booked from.
One grid the schedule staff and members both see
Who it fits
Studio management software for yoga, dance, pilates and zumba.
The disciplines differ; the shape of the problem does not. A timetable, a way to sell it, and rules that hold when a class is full.
-
Yoga studios
Morning and evening batches on a repeating grid, unlimited-month plans alongside ten-class packs, and a 12-hour free-cancellation window so a mat that opens up can be taken by somebody else.
More on yoga studios -
Dance studios
Levels and styles as separate classes on one timetable, termly and per-class pricing side by side, and a register that keeps parents, adult students and drop-ins in the same member list.
-
Pilates and barre
Small, equipment-limited classes where the cap is the product. Set the spots, let bookings close themselves, and count a no-show as used so a reformer is never held by someone who did not come.
-
Zumba and fitness classes
High-churn, pay-per-visit and pack-based members mixed together, with the lapse and renewal reminders doing the chasing that a class-led studio never has time for.
-
Martial arts and other class-led studios
Belts, terms and per-student notes live in custom fields and custom modules you add yourself, on top of the same timetable, billing and attendance the rest of StudioOS runs on.
Renewals
The message goes out before the pack runs out.
A class-led studio loses people quietly: a pack empties, a term ends, somebody stops turning up and nobody has time to notice. Four automations ship already written — connect WhatsApp or email, read what each one will send, flip the toggle. There is no separate save step, and the At-risk card keeps score: the revenue tied to plans ending in the next 30 days, and how much of it a reminder already covers.
- Before a plan ends — 10 days before expiry, email, 10:00pm, on by default
- When a payment is missed — 3 days after due, WhatsApp, 11:00am
- On a birthday, and again after someone lapses
- Live preview of exactly what the member receives

Core features
Everything a fitness studio runs on.
The timetable, the money, the register and the messages that go out — one system, one record per member, nothing typed twice.
-
A timetable built on a week grid
Pick the times, set the capacity, repeat it weekly. Anything already in that room and hour shows in grey before you can create a clash, and the published version on your public page is the same one your staff book from.
-
Class packs and memberships
Sell everything-included, a set number of classes that tops back up each month, or pay-per-visit — and mix all three across one member list. Installments, freeze days and extensions work the same on every kind.
-
Reminders before the pack runs out
Automated WhatsApp and email before a plan ends, when a payment is missed, on a birthday, after a lapse. The At-risk card shows the revenue tied to the next 30 days of expiries — and how much of it a reminder already covers.
-
Booking rules that hold
A 12-hour free-cancellation window, no-shows counted as used, a 30-day limit on booking ahead and a cap of three open bookings per member. Set once, applied to everybody, so the front desk is not negotiating the rule each time.
-
One register for members and leads
Members, lapsed members and enquiries in one list, with the filters a studio reaches for: ending soon, owe money, lapsed, gone quiet, new this month, birthdays. Every profile carries the plan, the payments, the bookings and the notes.
-
Your public timetable and the member portal
A page at /g/your-studio with your photos, plans and the class schedule — nothing visible until you press Publish. Shareable enquiry forms for Instagram. And a portal at /m where members see their plan, payment schedule and receipts without calling the desk.
How it works
From a WhatsApp timetable to a booked week.
Four steps, in the order they actually happen.
Start free- 01
Start on the studio door
Sign up at app.svich.in/studio and StudioOS starts with the studio module set, with classes, packs and bookings at the centre of the app.
- 02
Draw the week
Put the classes on the grid, set the capacity, and decide how each one is sold. Clashes are visible before you make them, not after a member has booked into one.
- 03
Bring your members in
Import a CSV of everyone you already have. StudioOS reads it and offers to create the plans and packs it finds in your data.
- 04
Publish and hand over the portal
Publish the public page so the timetable has a link, send members the portal, and stop answering “how many classes do I have left?” at the desk.
Pricing
Priced per studio, not per teacher.
Prices are per gym or studio, not per staff member. Every plan includes the member portal, your public page and enquiry forms.

What does StudioOS give a studio out of the box?
A timetable built on a week grid, with capacity and clash detection. Three ways to sell every class on it. And the booking rules already set — a 12-hour free-cancellation window, no-shows counted as used, a 30-day book-ahead limit and a cap of three open bookings per member. Members, payments, attendance and the reminders that chase a renewal come with it, in the same app.
Can I sell class packs as well as monthly plans?
Yes, side by side. A class is sold as everything-included for the length of the plan, as a set number of classes that tops back up each month, or as pay-per-visit — and one member list can hold all three. Installments, freeze days and extensions behave the same across them.
What stops one member booking every spot in the timetable?
Two limits, both on by default: a member can hold three open bookings at a time, and cannot book more than 30 days ahead. A no-show counts as a used class, so a booked-and-empty spot costs the member the same as attending. Cancelling more than 12 hours before the class is free and puts the spot back.
Can I run yoga and dance out of one account?
Yes. They are classes on the same timetable, not separate products — different names, levels, capacities and prices, one register and one set of books. The same is true of pilates, zumba or martial arts batches.
Can I see who booked and who actually turned up?
Yes. Every class carries its own register: who booked, who attended and who did not. A no-show counts as a used class, so what a member has actually spent from their pack stays accurate without anyone reconciling it by hand. Attendance across the studio rolls up into busiest-hour insights and an “active but absent” list — the paying members who have quietly stopped coming.
What do members see for themselves?
A mobile-first portal at /m with their plan, expiry date, payment schedule and full receipt history — which takes the “when does mine end?” questions off the front desk. Bookings are taken by your staff rather than by the member, so the register stays something you control. Your public page at /g/your-studio carries the published timetable and an enquiry form, and shareable enquiry links bring new students in from Instagram or a WhatsApp broadcast.
Can I bring my existing members across?
Yes. Import a CSV from Settings → Data & Reports → Imports, and StudioOS offers to create the plans and packs it finds in what you imported rather than making you retype your price list.
What does StudioOS cost?
Starter is $49/month for up to 250 active members, Growth is $149/month with unlimited members and the advanced automation rules, and Enterprise is priced per group for multi-location studios. Yearly billing works out at ten months. Prices are per studio, not per teacher.
