GymOS guide

Your public page

Publish a page for your gym with photos, plans, timetable, hours and trainers — and collect enquiries that land as leads.

Everything else in GymOS is for you and your team. Public page is the part your customers see: a page you can send to anyone, with your photos, your memberships and a form they can fill in to get in touch.

Open it from Public page in the sidebar.

What goes on the page

Your page lives at a link like app.svich.in/g/iron-fitness and shows:

  • your headline, photos and the story of your gym
  • the memberships and classes you choose to show, with prices
  • your weekly class timetable
  • your facilities, trainers and opening hours
  • a form where someone can leave their number

Anyone with the link can open it, and nothing is visible until you press Publish — so take your time filling it in.

Setting it up

The editor is split into tabs — Basics, Photos, Location & contact, Facilities & hours, Team and Enquiries — with a green dot on each one you’ve filled in.

  1. Pick your link. The top card shows it, filled in from your gym’s name. Change it to anything short and memorable, then use Copy link.

Pick one and keep it. Once the link is in your Instagram bio or on a flyer, changing it breaks every copy already out there. You’ll be told straight away if a link is taken.

  2. Write the top of the page. A Headline people read first (Strength training in Kondapur, open 5am–11pm), a One-line summary under it, and an About section: who the gym is for, what a first visit looks like, what you’re known for.

  3. Add photos. Paste image links — from your website, Instagram or a Google Drive share link. Set a cover image, a logo, and as many gallery photos as you like. Uploading files straight from your phone is coming later.

  4. Fill in the rest. Your address and Google Maps link; how people reach you (phone, WhatsApp, email, website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube — each becomes a button); what the gym offers (type one and press Enter); opening hours; and Meet the team — trainers with a photo, role and short bio. Team entries are only for the page and don’t create staff logins.

  5. Choose which plans to show. Plans don’t appear automatically. In Plans, open a plan and switch on Show on public page. You can add a public description at the same time, and class-based plans bring their timetable with them.

  6. Press Publish. The page goes live immediately and its status changes to Live. You can’t publish a page with no headline and no About section — it would be blank.

Unpublish takes the page down straight away. Anything already live may have been saved or screenshotted by then, though.

When someone enquires

The form asks for a name and phone number, and optionally an email, the plan they’re interested in and a message. Each enquiry lands in two places:

  • Enquiries → Public page enquiries, with everything they entered. The Enquiries tab of the editor shows the five most recent.
  • Members, as a new lead whose source reads Profile — or Profile: Morning Yoga if they picked a plan.

If the phone number or email already belongs to someone in your account, no duplicate member is created, but the enquiry is still recorded. To turn enquiries off, switch Enquiry form off; past responses stay where they are.

What is and isn’t public

Everything you fill in on a published page is public — that’s the point of it.

  • Each field is all or nothing. If you enter a phone number, it’s on the page. Use a gym number rather than a personal mobile.
  • The Team section publishes other people. Ask your trainers before their names and photos go online.

What is never public: your members, revenue, subscriber counts, plans you haven’t switched on, and anything else in GymOS. An unpublished page shows nothing, even to someone who has the link.

Not there yet

  • Taking payment on the page — people enquire and you take it from there.
  • Visitors creating their own member login.
  • Uploading photos directly — paste links for now.
  • Link previews on WhatsApp — the link shows as plain text, though the page opens normally.
