StudioOS guide
Your public page
Publish a page for your studio with your timetable, class packs, photos and instructors — and collect enquiries that land as leads.
Everything else in StudioOS is for you and your team. Public page is the part your students see: a page you can send to anyone, with your timetable, your packs and a form to get in touch.
Open it from Public page in the sidebar.
What goes on the page
Your page lives at a link like app.svich.in/g/anahata-yoga and shows:
- your headline, photos and the story of your studio
- the classes and packs you choose to show, with prices
- your weekly class timetable
- your facilities, instructors and opening hours
- a form where someone can leave their number
Anyone with the link can open it, and nothing is visible until you press Publish.
Setting it up
The editor is split into tabs — Basics, Photos, Location & contact, Facilities & hours, Team and Enquiries — with a green dot on each one you’ve filled in.
-
Pick your link. The top card shows it, filled in from your studio’s name. Change it to anything short and memorable, then use Copy link.
Pick one and keep it. Once the link is in your Instagram bio or on a flyer, changing it breaks every copy already out there. You’ll be told straight away if a link is taken.
-
Write the top of the page. A Headline (Hatha and vinyasa in Indiranagar, from 6am), a One-line summary, and an About section: who your classes are for, what a first class is like, what to bring.
-
Add photos. Paste image links — from your website, Instagram or a Google Drive share link. Set a cover image, a logo and gallery photos. Uploading files directly is coming later.
-
Fill in the rest. Your address and Google Maps link; how people reach you (phone, WhatsApp, email, website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube — each becomes a button); what the studio offers (mats provided, changing rooms); opening hours; and Meet the team — instructors with a photo, role and short bio. Team entries are only for the page and don’t create staff logins.
-
Choose which classes and packs to show. Plans don’t appear automatically. In Plans, open one and switch on Show on public page, adding a public description if its internal name is shorthand. Class-based plans bring their timetable with them, so visitors see exactly when each class runs.
-
Press Publish. The page goes live immediately and its status changes to Live. You can’t publish a page with no headline and no About section.
Unpublish takes the page down straight away.
When someone enquires
The form asks for a name and phone number, and optionally an email, the class or pack they’re interested in, and a message. Each enquiry lands in two places:
- Enquiries → Public page enquiries, with everything they entered. The Enquiries tab of the editor shows the five most recent.
- Members, as a new lead whose source reads
Profile— orProfile: Morning Yogaif they picked a plan.
If the phone number or email already belongs to someone in your account, no duplicate is created, but the enquiry is still recorded. To stop collecting enquiries, switch Enquiry form off.
What is and isn’t public
Everything you fill in on a published page is public.
- Each field is all or nothing. If you enter a phone number, it’s on the page — use a studio number rather than a personal mobile.
- The Team section publishes other people. Ask your instructors before their names and photos go online.
What is never public: your members, revenue, subscriber counts, plans you haven’t switched on, and anything else in StudioOS.
Not there yet
- Taking payment or bookings on the page — people enquire and you take it from there.
- Visitors creating their own member login.
- Uploading photos directly — paste links for now.
- Link previews on WhatsApp — the link shows as plain text, though the page opens normally.
